  • Qualified social worker

    Supervising Social Worker

    Be the steady, trusted support behind our foster carers. You’ll supervise a group of carer households, helping them provide safe, loving homes and making sure every child’s needs come first.

    • Regular supervision visits and support for foster carers
    • Working with children’s social workers and local authorities
    • Annual reviews, training and carer development
    • Taking part in the out-of-hours support rota

  • Qualified social worker

    Form F Assessor

    Help new foster carers begin their journey. You’ll carry out thorough, fair and warm assessments of people applying to foster, and present your findings to our fostering panel.

    • Completing Form F (CoramBAAF) assessments
    • Home visits and interviews with applicants and their families
    • Gathering references and checks
    • Presenting assessments at fostering panel

  • Hands-on support

    Support Worker

    Make a difference day to day. You’ll work directly with children, young people and foster carers, offering practical and emotional support that helps placements thrive.

    • One-to-one time and activities with young people
    • Supporting contact, appointments and school
    • Helping at WellCare events and groups
    • Being a positive, reliable role model
